Delivery Time on Custom Orders:
Because each order is custom made please allow at least 10 - 14 days for delivery. Your order is important! We are committed to shipping it to you within 2 weeks of receiving it (excluding weekends and holidays.) Actual delivery time will vary based on the number of days it takes the carrier to deliver your package from our production facility in Florida to your particular address.

Delivery Time on Designer Bags:
Delivery time varies based on stock items, but will usually arrive to you within 10 business days from time order placed.

Returns:
Every effort will be made to make sure your product leaves our production facility in the best constructed fashion. Because each order is custom made returns are not allowed. If there are any major imperfections we will be happy to fix them at our cost, because customer satisfaction is our main goal.

Payment:
Please note you have several options for payment. PayPal, 2CheckOut or US Funded Check/Money Order. If using Check or Money Order option work will not begin on project until funds have been received and deposit has cleared. All PayPal Transactions will begin upon notification of payment.

NOTE: PayPal Transactions will be processed via our Primary PayPal Account Coleman Enterprises so please make note that a charge from Coleman Enterprises will show up on your card.
